    • Licensed Psychotherapist (LPCC, LCSW, MFT, LPAT…): Providers who have a master’s degree and have passed a state and/or national licensing exam. They can provide clinically research evidence supported mental health therapy to individuals of all ages.

    • Psychologist (PhD, PsyD): Providers who have a doctorate in psychology. They can conduct psychological tests and have clinical knowledge to provide talk psychotherapy services.

    • Cash: Client pays for each session up front (cash/check/card) and neither client or provider has to submit anything to clients insurance company. *Counseling can be paid for and/or reimbursed through HSA/FSA accounts. Please check with your specific provider for more details.*

    • Sliding scale: A range of out of pocket fees that providers accept based on the financial need of the client.

    • Out of Network: Clients pay for each session out of pocket (cash/check/card) and can possibly be financially reimbursed by their insurance carrier at a later date. The provider will provide the client with a superbill that will be submitted to insurance carrier for review. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand on this to review your benefits and determine if this is a good route for you.
